Music Heals was created for two reasons.
One is to bring together people with a love of music and a desire to make a difference in their communities. The second is to provide healing and support through the power of the universal language: music.
Founded by Debbie Schultz and Stephanie Lowery, both on a mission to bring people together who have a love of music and a desire to make a difference in their communities. Through events like its upcoming concert, Music Heals strives to provide healing and support through the power of music.

July 2022 was the first-ever Music Heals concert benefiting Hop On A Cure, a foundation created by our dear friend, John Driskell Hopkins of Zac Brown Band, to find a cure for ALS.
Our past artist lineup included acts such as Shawn Mullins, Angie Aparo, Sonia Leigh, Clay Cook, Coy Bowles, Levi Lowrey, Wyatt Durrette, Leah Calvert, Mike Rizzi, Max Gomez, and Kristy Lee.
With a Special Guest Performance by Zac Brown.
"In 2019, John Driskell Hopkins, founding member of Zac Brown Band, noticed some unusual difficulties when playing his guitar. Two years later, he was diagnosed with ALS. John and his wife, Jennifer, created Hop On A Cure Foundation.

Charlie Starr is the lead vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter for Blackberry Smoke, a Southern rock band from Atlanta, Georgia. Known for his soulful vocals and fiery, roots-inspired guitar work, Starr blends classic rock, country, and Americana influences. Since forming the band in 2000, he has crafted songs that explore Southern life, personal experiences, and timeless emotions—earning Blackberry Smoke a loyal, global following.
Guitarist Benji Shanks officially joined Blackberry Smoke in 2018 as a multi-instrumentalist after years of guest appearances. David Ryan Harris is a genre-defying singer-songwriter and guitarist whose soulful voice and masterful storytelling have earned him a devoted following.
